BT Flooring Solutions was established in 2015 with over twenty years of contract flooring industry experience. Our mission is to streamline the conventional process with a focus on exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. 

We make it our business to manage every step of the process from specification to installation. With regional and national capabilities, there is no project too small or large for us to provide stellar results. 

Our Services

Material Purchasing - all savings are passed to our customers

Take-off’s - cut sheets and attic stock

Orders – all correspondence including (but not limited to) lead times, notifications, tracking, updates, and contingency planning

Delivery - ensure all materials are on order and will be shipped on the production date with delivery confirmations 

Accountability - Any issues with the mills and/or carpet will be resolved by BT Floors. We employ a third party inspector to assess any and all manufacturing quality problems

Maintenance - provide cleaning services and/or training for respective products to maximize the life of your investment 

Installation - for projects in the tri-state area, we furnish and install all materials. For national projects, we furnish materials only, while the general contractor chooses the best installer for the project. This affords the most control where it is needed, provides the best possible service, and saves our customers money
